Our Story
Stylish 1916 Mediterranean Family Beachfront Estate
Welcome to the beautiful Solitudo Villas, where nature, style, comfort and hospitality meet.
The estate was the first residence to be built in the bay of Milna.
Built in 1916 by an Italian nobleman who named it Solitudo (Italian for Solitude) - it was the only house in the area until the peasant farmers of the Medevil village of Malo Grablje in the mountains behind the bay
moved down to the coast in the 1950's.
It was then purchased by the English Franklin Family in 1964 who added the lovely Villa Piccolino in the 1980's and the 2 Tranquillo flats in the 2010's.
The 4 charming units are situated in a Mediterranean walled garden, guaranteeing total privacy and safety, and are less than 5 meters away from the pebbled beach and clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
